This comprehensive presentation outlines the concept direction of the renovated restaurant and bar spaces at the Marriott Pompano Beach Resort. Our agency updated all of the branding for each outlet and I created this guide for reference that contains all of the information about the menu printing process, branding for each outlet, along with tablewares and uniforms. I was given content at various stages of this project as things developed and it was my job to make an attractive yet usable presentation so that the information would be easily used in the future to update any menus, tablewares or uniforms and to interact with the brand standards provided within to guide the property on how to use the branding in various applications. This presentation was created as a concept deck to present to bars that needed to refresh and update the outlets. Created as a starting point to show what is possible, the Elixir brand was meant to be a blank slate to pull ideas for rejuvenating the sales and refine the esthetics of bars located inside hotels and resorts.

This presentation was unique in that we were provided the branding created by another agency and then our agency created additional concepts aligned with the original concepts provided, I created a comprehensive deck that combined all of the assets into one easily reference deck that included brand standards for each outlet, and all the supporting information needed to reorder as needed in the future.
