A selection of healthcare benefits materials I created while working at Banowetz + Co., Inc.

Uniti Benefit Materials

This project involved creating an annual enrollment information guide for Uniti. I was provided the new logo and brand standards, and starting from the previous year’s layout, I updated the overall look of the materials to align with the updated Uniti brand. I created two versions of the Annual Enrollment Guide, and brochure mailer, and several digital versions to be distributed throughout the company. I selected all stock photography and took care to select images that portrayed a wide variety of people in various stages of life while highlighting the information being delivered. For these information dense projects, I think good design involves organizing information in such a way that the content can be digested easily to make it easier for employees to quickly find all the information needed to make an informed decision about the right benefits package would be best for the employee and their families.

Benefit Materials

Viridien healthcare benefits brochure distributed digitally for all employees. I was provided updated brand standards for the new logo and applied these design updates to align with the new company brand while maintaining information hierarchy to improve employee understanding of the cost and benefits for 2026.

Open Enrollment and Benefits Guides

For this established brand, I followed the style provided by updating the images and content every year, adhering to strict brand guidelines and to reflect the diversity of the workplace.  I updated posters, banners, postcards, trifold brochure mailers, Word templates and more. For the six panel mailer shown above, I created nine unique versions for each brand in the chain to correctly reflect the benefits for each brand.

All work shown here was executed while employed at Banowetz + Co., Inc.
