The Pop Up Project at NorthPark Center
/ Images by NorthPark Center /
The Pop Up Project was an art initiative that aimed to continue the dialogue between NorthPark Center’s world-class art collection and emerging artists inspired by the concept of pop-up stores. For these projects, I created large format 4’ x 8’ signage for each series of installations along with the barricade artwork. Using original digital artwork provided by the artist, I would extend and adapt the artwork as needed to create seamless art. Coordinated with vendors to create production ready files at provided specifications with image bleeds and markup layers detailing installation details as needed.
Saddlebrook Resorts
These pop up banners created for the renovated and renewed Saddlebrook Resort. These are a good example of how it is possible to take standard photography and enlarge and retouch as needed to create the appropriate background to highlight the upscale luxury of the resort. Creating a consistent look and feel across multiple concepts was key to making the brand feel like it has something for everyone who visits.
Geof Kern Floral Fantasy
Original art photography by the artist Geof Kern for the NorthPark The Magazine Spring/Summer 2018 issue. Using Photoshop, I isolated all of the flowers and assembled the composite headline “Floral Fantasy” to further explore the artist’s theme. I also created 4’ x 8’ panels for an art exhibition installed at NorthPark Center and a full wall installation at the spring Dallas Art Fair. I was responsible for ensuring all production specifications were met for all three applications to ensure everything prints at the correct resolution to feel connected.
